Reber Place Historic District

Project partners Confluent Development and Draper and Kramer, Inc. are redeveloping the former Southwest Bank property in St. Louis’ historic neighborhood, The Hill. Upon completion, the project will feature BMO Harris Bank, Walgreens and a future third retailer.

A portion of the building is being remodeled to feature BMO Harris Bank in a 4,200-square-foot facility, retaining the historical facade of the building’s exterior. Adjacent to the future BMO Harris Bank, Walgreens will relocate into a new 10,000-square-foot facility, also featuring a historic-inspired facade to complement the design of the existing neighborhood. The partnership will also deliver a 2,700-square-foot building planned for a future third retailer.

Serving as project co-developers and co-owners, the project marks the first between Confluent and Draper and Kramer, a vertically integrated property and financial services company headquartered in Chicago. Rosemann & Associates is serving as the architect for the redevelopment and Paric Construction is the general contractor.
