Metro Urgent Care

Confluent Development delivered the Metro Urgent Care location at 10590 W. Colfax in Lakewood, Colo. The 3,315-square-foot single story facility, which formerly housed a Burger King, was renovated into a clinic that opened in October 2017.

The project supports Metro Urgent Care’s rapid growth, with 25 clinics operational or in development across all major cities in Colorado. The organization’s rapid Denver expansion represents one of the nation’s largest build-outs of urgent care clinics in 2017.

BRYANT FLINK architecture + design and Aberdeen Construction served as the architect and general contractor for the project.
