Denver, CO – Confluent Development announced the addition of Randy Coakley, the firm’s Chicago-based vice president of real estate, and Mitchell Menashe as a real estate manager in the firm’s Denver office. The hires represent the firm’s expanded presence into the Chicago and Midwest markets as well as the focused growth of the firm’s retail development team in Denver.
As vice president of real estate, Coakley will office out of Chicago and is responsible for Confluent Development’s retail-focused development strategy, leading the company’s team and growth in this sector. Menashe previously served on the acquisitions and development team at Verdad Real Estate, delivering build-to-suit projects for clients including Starbucks, Popeyes and Hardee’s/Carl’s Jr., among others. He recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from the University of Denver.
