Granite Place at Village Center at DTC is a 10-story, energy-efficient office tower to be built on a key site along the Denver-area southeast corridor. Granite Properties and Confluent Holdings are partners in the 300,000 SF office building, to be located near Interstate 25 and Arapahoe Road in the Village Center area of Greenwood Village.
Granite Place is a Class A office building within walking distance from the Village Center light rail stop and is close to numerous existing restaurants, retailers and other office buildings in Village Center.
Granite Place’s infill location will offer highway visibility, as well as one-turn access to I-25 via Orchard or Arapahoe Road. Confluent Development is pursuing LEED certification for the project. The project broke ground in February 2016. Construction of the first phase, 300,000 SF, class AA, of the two-phase development is expected to be complete by March 2017.
